Yes, absolutely---getting in touch with our bodies, with the way we experience our feelings through our bodies, and connecting to Nature, especially the Earth is such great advice right now.
I have been doing the technique known as "earthing" where you go barefoot on the Earth. Yes, the ground is cold here! But I try to do it for 10-15 minutes a day. You can just sit in a chair with your feet on the ground (and do some deep breathing to warm yourself up!), stand up or take a walk.
Some of the emerging science on this behavior suggests that the electrical currents from the Earth interact with the currents in our body and can lead to better health, including things like reducing inflamation. I've got a bum knee and so far, I'm still not sure---maybe I have to do it longer! But ultimately, I like the way the practice makes me feel in terms of grounding myself and I enjoy the challenge of doing it on the cold ground.
Last and least--I noticed a minor typo that seems worthwhile to change. It's where you write "on January 20th when Mars joins Taurus" --- I think you meant Uranus?
Anyway, nice piece!
