"These people," eh? Has a certain dehumanizing tone to my ear, but hey, it seems par for the course these days. Sadly, I notice this tone all too much from the "rational" types who claim to be using science to explain "conspiracy theories" or the people who entertain such theories.

Perhaps I''m not your run-of-the-mill conspiracy theorist, but one of the reasons I DO entertain such ideas is precisely because I AM uncertain.

And when I watch people speak in favor of the mainstream narrative surounding CV19, I see A LOT of certainty that, from my way of viewing the world, doesn't seem warranted.

Ultimately, I think there's a lot more grey area and blending between mainstream folks and conspiracy folks so the reason I started this response as I did was because I feel there's too much dividing people into categories and then, depending on which category we ourselves identify with, too much demonizing of those in the other category while celebrating the folks on our side of the fence. That was a long-winded way of saying, too darn much tribalism.
