Okay, so the understanding you have that vaccine hesitancy is related to mistrust of the system is correct, and I appreciate you making an attempt to understand why this mistrust exists.
However, the end of the article is where I’d ask for some clarification. Are you suggesting you support vaccine mandates and passports as the solution to the distrust? Or are you saying that you think vaccine mandates and passports are simply going to happen?
This is important because if it’s the former, I’d like to understand the logic of it. How does it solve distrust of the System for the System to force people to do something that they don’t want to do? Do you see how that will very likely increase the distrust? And what will the consequences of such policies be?
I feel like these questions are not being properly engaged by people who seem to be supporting these policies. I’m hoping more will engage them because this is a very slippery slope.
