I feel ya, man, I feel ya. Basically been going through a slow-motion divorce with my Japanese wife over the past few years, hoping to settle things and move on in the next year or so but, being a foreigner here in Japan (and currently unemployed and also seeking career changes), well, the timing takes ... time.

Anyway, yeah, the pain is real and I'm glad you are at least able to express it through words. It's odd how sharing in the pain of another, while painful, also makes one feel better, less alone with it.
