I couldn’t agree with you more Lauren Martinchek.

In fact, I’m going to do my best to keep this short because I want to write my own piece about how I view Obama as one of the grand villains of American (and world) political life.

For someone reading this, please understand in 2007 when I read Obama’s book “Dreams of My Father,” I was smitten and the main reason was because he spoke about the importance of empathy. I really did believe his campaign that year and felt he could be the Kennedy of my lifetime.

I bought into the mystique. And I think millions of Americans did, and then, like me, became disappointed and eventually cynical.

Turns out he was just another bought and paid for pol. And yet in spite of all that’s happened since he left office, in spite of Bernie Sanders leading in all the elements you hope to see from a candidate who is going to be a great challenger, Obama stepped in and knocked him out to save his legacy.

What a loser. What a tragic, tragic, small man.

This is only a tiny taste of the fire I’m going to breath in my post!

Anyway, good job. I’ve enjoyed your writing a lot over this past year. And, on a personal note, I am wishing you well in your situation and consider you heroic for doing what you do.
