Great pitch and I appreciate that you are seeking to do this in the spirit of collaboration. I believe that is the way forward in many ways. Also, the fact you took the time to make a video is extra cool!

Anyway, I've published one reasonably long short story (link below), which I think even after reading the first few paragraphs one could see has more than a bit of madness to it, and I've got more where that's coming from in the works, including one that'll be done in the next few weeks that I've labored over for a few years.
