Great article as always Caitlin. Love your focus on narratives as I also think that he who controls the story, controls the world.

Like you, I have been outspoken in my skepticism for the “Russia stole our election in 2016 and gave us Trump” narrative and criticized, often by close friends.

There are several reasons for my skepticism but one of the big ones is because it has been spread by the same plutocrat-owned media outlets who smeared Bernie Sanders in the 2016 Democratic primaries and who are now smearing two of my favorites for 2020, Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii.

And I believe one of the main reasons they do this is because unlike candidates like Biden, Booker, O’Rourke and Harris (among others), they don’t follow the traditional narratives, they don’t buy into partisanship-over-principles thinking.

In conclusion, if I were to give any advice to people regarding which of the 20-plus candidates to dig into, I’d say dig into those the media attacks the most. Because we DO NEED CHANGE, and such candidates are usually the ones who would do the most to bring that change about. And that’s precisely why the status quo media is doing all it can to sell you BS narratives about them.
