Glossing over and straw-manning are the keys to Umair's brand. He never, ever attempts to steelman the people he sees as the "bad guys." This poisons his analysis and makes it just one more attempt at explaining the world which is only dividing it and making it less comprehensible.

It's really tragic, IMHO, because he does make some valid points.
