Congrats on what looks like an epic work that is receiving lots of excellent praise. I'm sure it was quite the undertaking!

My only complaint is its priced out of my league---with the Kindle edition at $27.99. I still remember when Bezos promised Kindle books would stay under $10!

So, for the time being, I've downloaded the free sample and perhaps it will capture me enough to forgo my monthly book allowance for others and throw it your way. Regardless (that's just my stuff), congrats on a job well done!
